Evermore Blossoms Process Agreement

Thank you for choosing Evermore Blossoms to preserve your special flowers! I promise to take care of your flowers from start to finish.

I have a minimum order of $200 and I require a deposit of $200. The deposit goes towards your total amount due. Tax will be added to your order.

Once the contract has been signed and the deposit has been paid I will send a link to schedule an appointment to drop off the flowers. Drop off and pick up are by appointment only. I am located in Greenwood.

If you are not local then I will instruct you on packing and shipping. You will be responsible for shipping fees.

The process:

After you drop off I will start the drying process. Flowers need 6 weeks to fully dry out. Orders are completed in the order I recieve them in. Depending on how busy I am, my turnaround time is between 4-6 months.

I will then send an invoice for the remainder of the balance when I am ready to start the order. This will be sometime between 4-6  months after drop off.

Your balance is due before pouring or assembling begins unless you decide to pay in full when you book. I will not start an order until being paid in full. I will contact you via email or text message to request final payment and discuss design options. If you do not respond I will send one more message in an attempt to start your order. After that it will be up to you to contact me. I will never get rid of flowers if I do not hear from you. If you need more time to gather your final payment, just ask and i will move on to the next order.

It is important to know that not all flowers will make it through the drying process. Some may fall apart, too much for repair and some may mold. Molding of the flowers typically only happens if it’s been 5 days or longer since the flowers were fresh or if the flowers are arranged with wet foam in the center.

White flowers may dry to an ivory or even brown color.

Flowers will typically darken in color as well, especialy red flowers.

If your flowers are already dry then they will be very brittle. I will do my best to keep them intact during the process. Unfortunately this can be very difficult and some may shatter.

The process can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months depending on if the flowers have been dried or not and also how busy I am.  I will do my best to update you along the way. I am just as excited as you are!

The finished product will sit for a few days to cure.  Coasters, trays and tables will need an additional 1-2 weeks untill being used. They are food safe and heat safe ONLY up to 200 degrees. They may be better used for cold drinks. It is also important to keep your piece out of direct sunlight or it will yellow. Store your piece(s) in a cool dry room and away from temperatures that exceed 78 degrees. If you have a humidifier, please keep frames in a seperate room, your flowers can rehydrate in bathrooms or kitchens or any room with a high humidity.

To clean your resin piece(s) use only water and a microfiber towel. No harsh chemicals.

To clean the glass on your frame, especially museum grade glass- use a microfiber towel and ammonia free glass cleaner.

Epoxy resin can be very hard to manage and there may be bubbles unfortunately.

I will make every effort to not have bubbles or other flaws but it is important to know they may occur. With these pieceses being handmade, they will each be different and may have small flaws.

It is important to know that resin over time may “amber” or yellow. This can take many years if it does occur. I do use resin with high UV resistance to keep this from happening.

I do take every precaution to keep this from happening. I have not witnessed this myself, but it is important to be aware of the possibility.

For frames 11x14 and 16x20 only you will be given the option to upgrade to museum grade glass with uv protection and very little glare. This will helps keep your flowers protected from direct sunlight.

Evermore Blossoms will not be held responsible for damage or loss of flowers in the event of a natural disaster or event out of our control including shipping damages or lost packages.

Please know these pieces are just as important to me as they are to you and I take pride in taking my time. I am happy to answer any questions you have on the process.

You may want to consider booking in advance as I can book up very quickly and suddenly. There are times I can and will take last minute orders that are within the same week or even day but it is very beneficial to book in advance so I am ready and can have all the appropriate materials I need to dry your flowers.

To book your date you will need to put the $200 deposit down. Also keep in mind once you book there is an non refundable $75 fee. This is in place because there are only so many bookings I can take in a week.

Thank you,

Ashley Brazeal
